Our professional experience, training and compassion enables us to offer hope through the latest techniques. We offer a range of services that include Neuropsychological, Educational & Career Assessment Testing, Psychotherapy & Psychopharmacological Services, and Academic & Career Coaching.

Meet Our Team

Elizabeth Holmes-Coutracos, LMHC, Chief Executive Officer


Elizabeth has over twenty years of  clinical experience  working with a diverse client population.  Trained in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), she has extensive experience in providing clinical assessments, testing and  services in outpatient settings for individuals and families.  

She has held positions as Director of Corporate Foundation and Donor Relations, and has extensive experience in the development and implementation of  clinical and educational seminars and trainings. 

Elizabeth earned her M.A. at Boston College in Counseling Psychology, and is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician.

Neuropsychology Service

Courtney McHugh, Psy.D.



Dr. McHugh provides therapy, and specializes in neuropsychological evaluations of children, adolescents, and adults. Neuropsychological testing assesses intellectual functioning, learning disabilities, emotional functioning and personality style. Dr. McHugh has performed evaluations for local agencies and private practices on the North Shore.  She is also on staff at North Shore Children’s Hospital (Salem Hospital) in the Neurodevelopmental Center.  

Dr. McHugh earned her B.A at Villanova University, M.A at Boston College in Counseling Psychology, and her doctorate at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.  She is a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

Dianne received her BBA in Accounting from the  Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts,  Amherst.  She has an MS degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, and an M.Ed. in Elementary Education.  Involved in Independent School Education since 2004, Dianne was a class teacher for eleven years.  Most recently, Dianne has served as Faculty Administrator, leading over twenty faculty and staff members in developing programs, supporting students and parents.  Over the years, Dianne has been involved in various projects in both leadership and mentoring roles.

Dianne also has worked in public and private accounting firms and has held technical and managerial positions in companies such as General Electric Corporation and Sybase Corporation. She has been an adjunct instructor in computer information systems at Bentley University and Pace University.

Katherine received her masters in Education from Cambridge College and is certified in EMDR and a related method called Gentle Reprocessing, and TAT.  Katherine has over 25 years of experience and works with children, adolescents and adults.  She can be reached directly at
