Meet Our Team
Elizabeth Holmes-Coutracos, LMHC, Chief Executive Officer
Elizabeth has over twenty years of clinical experience working with a diverse client population. Trained in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), she has extensive experience in providing clinical assessments, testing and services in outpatient settings for individuals and families.
She has held positions as Director of Corporate Foundation and Donor Relations, and has extensive experience in the development and implementation of clinical and educational seminars and trainings.
Elizabeth earned her M.A. at Boston College in Counseling Psychology, and is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician.

Neuropsychology Service
Courtney McHugh, Psy.D.
Dr. McHugh provides therapy, and specializes in neuropsychological evaluations of children, adolescents, and adults. Neuropsychological testing assesses intellectual functioning, learning disabilities, emotional functioning and personality style. Dr. McHugh has performed evaluations for local agencies and private practices on the NorthShore.
She has over 20 years of extensive experience performing neuropsychological evaluations in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Dr. McHugh earned her B.A at Villanova University, M.A at Boston College in Counseling Psychology, and her doctorate at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. She is a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

Nutritional Services
Ismini Soteropoulos, Director of Dietary and Nutritional Services
Ismini Soteropoulos is an expert weight loss nutritionist specializing in customized diet planning around lifestyle and medical needs of clients. In 2010, she became a Registered Dietitian under the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics along with earning a Master’s in Science in Nutrition from Framingham State University.
Ismini spent the first decade her career counseling patients and developing weight loss nutritional materials for a medical weight loss clinic. She counseled patients on healthy dietary intervention strategies in conjunction with oral weight loss medications and weight loss injectables.
After having her first child, she decided to focus on building her own virtual practice and created Diets by Ismini LLC in 2019. Ismini continues to counsel patients on weight loss while creating customizing diets and programs to help them achieve their goals. Ismini develops plans based on her client’s medical history, lifestyle and social needs to make losing weight apart of their lifestyle.
Ismini has partnered with several local gyms, physicians and med-spas to expand her services in counseling. She also offers telehealth counseling for BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Cigna, Tuft’s Commercial + United Health Care.

Dianne McGaunn, M.S., Ed. Director of Academic Services
Dianne received her BBA in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, an MS degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, and an M.Ed. in Elementary Education.
A striving polymath, Dianne has successfully navigated career transitions in business, technology, and education. She has led organizations and projects large and small and has several decades of experience in education, technology, and leadership.
Currently she is a senior technical project manager in the cybersecurity industry.
Her true joy lies in mentoring, coaching, and helping organizations and individuals work through their challenges to grow and reach their potential.

Estella Moriarty, LMHC
Estella received her masters in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University and is a licensed therapist certified in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) . She is a member of the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health Counselors (MAMCA), and the American Association for Mental Health. Estella has over 15 years of extensive experience working in inpatient, outpatient and crisis intervention settings.
